TMJ

I can’t remember ever opening my mouth and not hearing that annoying popping sound.  But lately the annoying popping sound has escalated into horrible headaches that stop me in my tracks.  Horrible headaches!  I can’t afford to be sick, so much goes on here and I need to be productive at all times or things comes to a screeching halt.  The headaches were becoming entirely to frequent and NOTHING was helping.  After a visit to the dentist, and a visit to the oral surgeon it was determined that I had a small mass in my mouth causing the TMJ to act up causing headaches.   On Monday the surgeon put me to sleep and did  a whole lot of stuff in my mouth to fix the TMJ and headaches.  I was expecting to rest on Monday and be back to normal on Tuesday morning.  Well that didn’t happen recovery took longer than expected, but the TMJ was worse than expected.  I rested all of Monday thru Thursday.  I am feeling much better, headache free, and TMJ free. 

Allen was amazing during my recovery, I realized I am a difficult patient and don’t follow rules very well.  Through it all Allen stuck by my  side and was fantastic!  Also want to say Thank You to my mother in law!  She picked Ethan up from school and made dinner for us.  I am blessed with great in laws.  I think everyone should have great in laws, I also think no one should have bad in laws.  I also have to say that Ashley did great helping out as well.  She kept things running as smooth as possible.    Thank you to everyone who helped during my down time, I am so appreciative and definitely am feeling very blessed.
